What are your shipping options?

- Free Shipping (orders over $50 USD): Shipped via EMS postal service, arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch with basic tracking.
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. During checkout, simply enter your address to see available shipping options and estimated delivery times for your location.

How do I return an item?

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include the return form we provide.
- Ship the package to the address we specify.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We carefully package all items, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Care Instructions
How should I care for my bedding?
Each product comes with specific care instructions, but generally:

- Avoid bleach and fabric softeners which can damage fibers
Why does my new bedding shed lint?
Some natural fiber bedding (especially high-quality cotton) may shed lint during the first few washes. This is normal and will decrease over time. We recommend washing new bedding separately initially.
