Our Return Policy

We happily accept returns of most unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached
  • Bedding sets must be complete (all pieces included)
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following intimate bedroom items:

  • Bedroom Pillowcases (opened packaging)
  • Bedroom Pillows (opened packaging)
  • Bathroom Towels (opened packaging)
  • Flannelette Bedding (opened packaging)

These items may only be returned if the original packaging remains unopened and seals intact.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
