  • Free Shipping: Delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS (for orders over $50)

Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns
  • Bedding Sets: Must be complete with all pieces included

Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Reasons)

The following intimate bedroom items cannot be returned if packaging has been opened:

  • Bedroom Pillowcases
  • Bedroom Pillows
  • Bathroom Towels
  • Flannelette Bedding

These items may only be returned if the original packaging remains unopened with seals intact.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
