2.1 Product Descriptions

We take care to accurately describe our premium bedding and bathroom products (including bamboo bedding, cotton sateen sheets, and hemp bedding collections). However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to monitor settings or natural material characteristics.

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

3.2 Payment Methods

Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

4.2 Delivery Issues

You must inspect delivered items immediately. Report any shipping errors or damages within 48 hours of delivery to [email protected].

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. The following hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned if packaging is opened:

  • Flannelette Bedding

5.2 Return Process
